PLZ STAMP

For those of you who don't know A PLZ stamp is a stamp able to be used by non sub members. It is made of Icons so that it is easy to use in alot of things.
I DID NOT MAKE THE ORGINAL STAMP
BUT HAVE PERMISSION TO MAKE IT A PLZ STAMP
This is the first part of A stamp made into Stamp PLZ that I have been given permission to make.
